СЕО GAW Miners Charged for Fraud
September 18, 2018
CEO of the GAW Miners company Homero Joshua Garza was sentenced to 21 months of imprisonment for fraud with digital device.
The complainant implied a 20-year-detainment first, but the judge did not satisfy the request. The service of the term is to start on January 4 next year and will last for 21 months. In addition, ex-CEO of the firm has to repay all losses for investors which amounts to over $9 million.
The accused deceived investors via electronic devices that were involved in the launch of a digital coin called РауСоin. The currency was created by the GAW Miners company to be used at the cloud mining platform.
The firm promised the investors to hit a 20-dollar-level while the rate actually made just $15.
