New Generation of ASIC Chips
August 15, 2018
A new player on the mining hardware market, Canada-based Squire Mining, is going to present a brand-new generation of ASIC chips. The company is ready to finance around $20 million for the project.
Squire Mining Ltd. is an investment company located in Canada. Its focal areas include wide resource researches and technological projects.
According to Squire, the company plans to dole out the money for the product development and test financing and for further research, marketing activity and promotion.
The first ASIC models and Bitcoin mining set are supposed to be ready by the end of the 4th quarter of 2018. According to the expectations of the concerned parties, mining hardware entering the market is going to boost competition. To date the market is headed by the China-based Bitman with 80% share.
But even provided the project’s ambitions and prospects even Samsung has failed to beat Bitman.
